Is there a "hint system" (e.g. it will place a cat in its proper place) and, if not, can player move on to the next level, or is it required to complete a level to unlock the next one?

It would be really nice to have clockwise rotation (or an option to choose clockwise/anticlockwise). Anticlockwise does not make the game unplayable by any means but it feels awkward when used to clockwise rotation in inventory management games.
