Hey folks!

This patch further brings the prologue project closer to what the main game is like, as work on it continues.

- added scanline effect to night vision
- added supersonic bullet cracks

- multilauncher projectiles like the EMP and Gas capsules now perform their effect if they run out of range
- key to drop a body now the melee key (since the "secondary interact" key would conflict with cycling through objects)
- goons now immediately catch fire when hit by a flaregun projectile
- security cam monitorers now take time to get up when startled
- can now switch weapons while prone/performing other actions

- fixes related to controllers
- fixed a crash in one of the tips when using a controller
- fixed "Always alert" gameplay mutator
- fixed incorrect speed of sound value - now goons react to noise faster!
- tranq guns/lethal gas no longer bugs out with burning goons
- adjusted how tiles in the pathfinding grid are considered "obstructed", which fixes issues with NPCs getting stuck on some garage doors
