Could you confirm the following information:

• Which operating system are you using?
  
• Can you confirm that you're entering "alex" into the password field? (without quotes)
  
• Which input type are you using? (this may be related to keyboard settings)
  
• Which language are you using in-game?

我确定是输入了alex，本来我想试下中文输入法，但是无入调出中文输入的软件
我语言用的是中文

所以宠物的名字是什么呀。拜托我真的很需要
