在游戏里有一段输入动物名字的时候，输入正确，但是没有反应，无法继续

I tested it but could not reproduce this problem - I might need your help!

Could you confirm the following information:

Which operating system are you using?
Can you confirm that you're entering "alex" into the password field? (without quotes)
Which input type are you using? (this may be related to keyboard settings)
Which language are you using in-game?

我确定是输入了alex，本来我想试下中文输入法，但是无入调出中文输入的软件
我语言用的是中文
