Did anyone get controller to work?

Can barely do anything with the controller (an xbox wireless controller) while playing. Checked the settings, it looks like the controller was an afterthought as the default settings are poor for on foot game play and appear to be non-existent when in the car. Why? Anyways, looks like this game is a pass for me for now. Controller support really makes or breaks a game for me. And I don't have the drive to assign every little thing to controller. I already have enough chores in my life....

Game has a lot of potential. Right now this game is trying too hard to be different from OG Crazy Taxi and they are not that successful with it so far but it is early. Look around camera is very disorienting. The map is okay but lacks distinct landmarks to each drop off location. Feel like I am just dropping off at building to building that all look very similar. Please fix the ability to run over customers and lose them, make them just dodge like the old game. Again this game has a lot of potential, sit on it for a while if you can.

After trying the demo it feels rushed and not polished. There are too many items in the way and it's not fun when you end up running over the passengers. It is trying too hard to be like crazy taxi but not fun at all. also the music is annoying.

[bug] buttons out of screen on ultrawide resolutions (21:9, 32:9)

when playing on a ultrawide monitor, I can't start the game cause the "start" button is out of screen
