Secret Backrooms
Before the main entrance, go behind the stairs and duck, move on ur right and and keep following around the house. At the End you should be behind the House right. There you can fall into the Backrooms. Unfortuneatly i didnt find any keys

You should not leave the house. You can take the lighter from where you started the game and open the main door. To use the keys, cassettes and similar items you find while playing the game, you need to right-click on the relevant object, the door or the cassette player.

i did find a Hallway with a lot of locked Doors

As I said, you need to enter the mansion from the main door and continue to the library. You can continue playing by finding a key in the library.
