After last patch game is literally unplayable. When i start a new game all controls stop working, even esc button. I can only close the game through task manager.

Country choice affects difficulty, but is it ordered? Is Argentina the easiest country, and Vietnam the hardest? Or is it mixed? How do I know how difficult my country is? Thanks!
