I'm missing the fourth fast travel point. Between Port Kuudad and Broken Blade. Which location is it referring to?

if i accidently push my mouse twice or something it gets out of the game, and then the game just goes weird black and , i can never get it to atl+tab it. i see the game in black, but just for a second and it drops back to desktop. anyone has it? I have 2 screens, which is why it glitches sometimes. have to reload each time....

i seem to be stuck at the part where you have to meet Sparrow. Any ways to kill her without any trouble? (I'm a melee fighter.)

Is armor rating a percentage chance to avoid enemy attack? Or something else? I'm wonder what use it is... the best heavy armor is steel plate it seems.. armor rating 7, whereas a low level heavy chest piece is like armor rating 2... does that mean the best armor in the game is only 5% more effective at avoiding attacks? Same goes for light armor vs heavy.. I can't find any reason to use heavy when it was 2x to 3x as much.. but has near identical armor rating to heavy... does anyone know what exactly arm...

On the quest "A Missing Disciple" I am stuck in the dungeon below the well. I can't go back the way I came as the gate has closed and I can't move forward as the gate in front closes before I get to it. Every time I pull the lever it opens but by time I get to it it has closed...
