Fixed a bug when you got stuck after exiting a car

here is a list of changes for the update

Some unreachable building in the New Wish city have been fixed
Added some bedskips in new wish city
Now, setting "View distance quality to low" drastically improves performances

Optimization update please

I was cruising right along and then everytime I get to the pipe and blue doors you jump on my game gets soooooo laggy. I want to play this all the way through but its unplayable at this point
