This has the makings of a great tactics game in the vein of Final Fantasy Tactics, Advance Wars, etc. with what appears to be a fairly interesting, slightly more intricate story than what it seems at first sight. The art is also delightful, and would have been very at home on the Gameboy Advance or DS. Unfortunately, it's marred by being a gacha game. I could never, in good conscience, recommend anyone ever play a gacha game.

This game pulled me in for a while which I wasn't expecting.

Unfortunately, While I was considering buying something in this game I was waiting the game would improve in several aspects...and it did NOT happen.

The leveling and balancing is based upon the gacha, which makes the combat too easy and when you hit a wall, obviously is forcing you to spend money. When you pull one character it becomes too easy again. Which makes the whole progression dog water. Which is what happens in almost every gacha game and is why I mostly avoid them. For the free currency they provide you, I never hit a wall after a single pull.


The game combat animations are ok.

The environments are really good.

Gameplay Is good, but slow and based on gacha upgrades.

The game works amazing, loads fast.

VFX are ok and rare.

Character art is good, but feels like I've seen every character in another game already.

PC controls are lacking.
There should be combat animation skip, but at least there a speed up on cinematic if you read faster than a teen.
Honestly just remove the text dialogue popup animation, or the need to double click to proceed.


Story is a problem. At first it literally feels like they create this story around gacha pulls. Story is scattered and makes no sense at start especially. You jump from event to even often where it makes no sense that a combat level should be there.
The story I was expecting to get better and better. Yet it never happened. Played two cards, finished chapter and I am discouraged to continue with this story.
I was expecting even more after they warn "it shows how the war really is... " every time you enter the missions. Yet 99% percent of the first chapter is none of that.

Neither character is interesting for me. To background story was was just common classic presented in a very simple manner. Honestly if not environments and tactics I would stop playing sooner.

If the game would be truly single player experience I would most likely buy it.
Still giving it positive because it's free and It managed to pull me in for this time.

It's a ''ok'' game, you can play f2p if you want and the events give a lot of good rewards, still, you will feel behind those who spent over hundreds per month in the game (Which is ok anyway it's gatcha) but the most annoying thing about this game is the ''energy'' you have a very low limit of 240 energy per day + 120 if you log twice in specific times, that for me it's too little honestly since some stuff cost between 20-40 to do it so in the end you are left without much to do it besides re playing the story mode.... Honestly 240 energy is too little for someone who wants to play for at least 2-3hours a day (I normally play 7) and feels horrible the feeling of being stuck without being able to play what you want to play until the next day.... I hate the energy system, either should be removed or increased to 1000 per day
