Whenever I start the demo from the steam library it opens halfway above the screen & I can't move it... It stays there after switching to fullscreen & back

This game will only open on my secondary screen. If in the smaller windowed mode I can move it across to the main screen, but as soon as I switch to the 1080p mode, it switches to fullscreen back onto the secondary screen and can't be moved. Which makes it unplayable for me as the smaller resolution windowed mode is too small, and I don't play games on my secondary screen as it's uncomfortable since it's off to the side. My main monitor is set in display settings on my pc as the main primary monitor. And ...
