Report a translation problem
1) UHD Graphics runs CS:Go(not even CS2) at 80 fps. That is very low. Too low for VR.
2) Integrated graphics(especially Intel's) often don't have VR support, mainly because of reason 1 - no one needs VR as weak as that.
Even if you manage to make Quest 3 work somehow, you are still in for lowest fps, at lowest resolution. Chances of running Quest 3 at its native resolution are non-existent.
