It feels like a tech playtesting demo without much of the introductions beyond the big list of controls and the tips on the side in written form. It would have been helpful if you'd given the option of a tutorial with piecemeal, sectioned off prompts about what you can do and how to do it, instead of a gigantic chunk where the player is less likely to read or retain the information.
