Improving Beyond Max Levels?

I just realized that I am not leveling up anymore (would technically be level 31 by now), and it is extremely disappointing. What ways are there to improve my character now beyond getting better gear?

There could be a small number of Feats to gain or psi powers to learn, depending on what you've done, but otherwise what's left is improving your understanding of the game's mechanics or meta game knowledge (which is at least a proxy for getting gud, if not the same damn thing).
