HOW DO U MAKE ELECTRIC JACKET!
Ok so this may be a noob question but i put the fork with the metal jacket to notice it turns into a unfinished electric jacket i went through the whole game and still dont know hot to finish it!

you need a coil jacket and ...a fork. coil like the one you need for the gun..can't remember if its called a tesla or not.

Big Fork + Soldier Bulletproof Jacket + Tesla Coil + Fuse would give you an electric jacket..tho..anyone want me to play story mode with them? :)

It requires the DLCs that gives access to El Diablo islands, where you can get the missing items.

What a coincidence! Ive been playing the game again too and couldn't remember how to create the jacket!
It's unfortunate that Im playing for achievements on Xbox lol. Thats so cool that I was within 30 minutes of someone else playing it too! Ive always seen posts back from 2014 and so on with nobody replying or creating anything in 2024. Crazy.
