how to proof kairobot became resident? kairobot not showing up at all always 10 stars town and world top 1 shop

I've sent in about 3 error logs in the span of me owning the game for two hours. It crashes about every 20-45 minutes. Is this happening to anyone else? Any fixes?

I don't see an option for full screen mode, I don't like having little bars and the taskbar open, it's immersion breaking. How do I enter full screen mode please.

I don't see option to quit game. I had to minimize the window and then close the game on the window to exit.
