So BF2Hub has been down since at least sunday, you can't log in in game, and the website won't load. Are there any alternatives for playing online?

Does anyone know where I can get a Steam key for this game? I have two physical copy's. One from 2018 from old gaming PC, and I got a new one this year in 2024 for my brand new gaming PC. I looked at the price on Kinguin and it is £1.041.01, crazy amount of money that is....

Help, I have not played the game since 2011,, I right clicked the game and found a cd key that has not yet been activated, is there any way i can give this key to a friend as it is telliing him the key is invalid?
