Unable to unlock all bad endings

No matter what I do or play in any game mode, I cannot unlock all the bad endings, which are fixed every time and even less. However, the problem is that all the female leads have been converted and have reached the final stage, but even so, I cannot accept more scenes.I don't know, is it because these contents haven't been added yet? Major Content Update, containing

Biomass added a currency in game mode.
Unit upgrades have been added, all units now have three upgrades that can be purchased.
Barracks screen redone to show more game mode stats and give access to upgrades.
Other than Slugs and Brain Bugs units need to unlocked in the barracks before being breed.
Hive Upgrades are added, note the functionality of the conversion room upgrades isn't correct currently.
12 bosses added in game mode.
4 new bad end scenes added.
Bad ends now need to be unlocked through game play.

Thank you for the update. Biter Bad Ending now available. Not certain whether other new Bad Endings are available yet. A few 'Bugs" however. -Steam achievements still don't acknowledge the conversion of the heroines. -Playing on Hard there is a disconnect between when new 'Good Guy' units arrive and when new Infectulon units arrive that the Good Units are supposed to go up against. -Bad Endings are out of sink with defeated Heroines (if that was intended). -Indoctinator refuses to be born by any infected ...

When I try to get into the Discord, it asks for email authentication, then says my email is already verified. Then it says 'invite Invalid' What the heck?
