I see the reviews are very good, but I cannot download this game. There is no option to "Play Game". Please allow access,

The game looks really cool and will download it later to test it out. I am curious if there are any plans for adding Steam Achievements down the line? With so many games to play its always easier to find the motivation for me (and other achievement hunter nerds) to give a game a go (and play it more when we have goals to hunt)....
