my computer is showing it has this hard to see dark world and the character is bright red what can i do to fix this

I just bought he game in Canada but the game menu is not in English and I can't see any way to change the language options.

Who thought of the flight mechanism in this game? They are soo terrible. Please give a way to control pitch and yaw with arrows or something. Please give ability to inverse Y axis. Please give us a way to determine where the next checkpoint is going to be ahead of time.
