After i played through the original deus ex multiple times again i decided to play this and i completely forgot about the bulls**t that is the ship mission... I had EMP shielding prior to getting on the ship and being in the EMP chair so why did my augs get reset??? I've seen people say that they did that because you'd be too overpowered but it's honestly a super lazy way of doing it and I don't care if i was too OP at that point, that's what made the game fun, running through everybody and knocking/killi...

Has anyone figured this out yet? I used to play this game alot on my old PC. I installed it and even checked game files but it just WILL NOT start. NVM i got it to start using this command in Properties > Start up options Where D: is the drive my game is located. C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe /C start "" /affinity F "D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Deus Ex Human Revolution Director's Cut\DXHRDC.exe" %command% It starts up perfectly! The above command is all on one line....

Feel free to correct me there cuz I didn't get to that point just yet, but I don't understand why this game has an NG+. I know, bold statement, but hear me out for a moment. I too love it when a game has NG+. Some of my favorite games of all time have that feature, but I just don't get why it's a thing for this game specifically. Why did the publisher/dev take the original Deus Ex: Human Revolution game off of the Steam store? The version I played (the older version) does not even appear to be buyable anymore. The new version isn't censored or something is it? (God I hope not... there is too much of that in games these days)....
