Best way to deal the mega coalitions?
So half of the HRE is angry at me. But the the scale of point is i have 320k Units and Coalition has 470k units. Now i can win this war but the question is is worth to fight? Can i do a war pick them all up and end the Coalition? Or do i just declare war at Baden to take the province and wage war until they leave the war and take Baden?

What's the way to deal mega Coalition? Now i can win this because i have 5k money and like 300k manpower.

Why does the HRE still exist at this point?

Well i got Austria as PU in the 1500's and i mean the giga Hungary / Burgundy Austria.
Also for some reason they kept voting as me the emperor for the 150 years in row without single alliance in HRE.
Like i said i can win this war. It's just silly at this point. But is there a proper war declaration for the coalition or i'm just going Baden conquest?
Are there any coalition members whose opinion you could raise to 50+? That should make them drop out.

Are there any major members allied to someone not in the coalition? You could attack their non-coalition ally, bring them into the war, and force them out of the coalition when you sign a peace.

All that failing, you could attack them, which has the benefit of letting you pick who the enemy warleader is. Pick a nearby OPM, siege them down, and just defend that province until you've ticked up enough warscore to get a peace.
Would be helpful to know what country you're playing as, what the border regions are, and what year, but regardless, I'd wait until the coalition dissolves on it's own. Don't go to war against it. It would be helpful to improve relations with the most powerful ones, and if they start to leave the coalition then so will others. If you're really concerned though, I'd find a strong coalition member, figure out which non-coalition countries it's allied to, and get a casus belli on that country. Then you can take out a powerful coalition member without provoking the rest. Win that war, but don't take ANY territory or vassals, because then you'll avoid aggressive expansion, which is how the coalitions form.

That said, if war with the coalition is inevitable, at this level it's not necessarily unwinnable, you just need to be strategic. Even late-game, countries with high force limits rarely keep more than ~50k troops in one province. With 470k troops, all presumably divided amongst multiple countries, your opponents likely aren't going to form particularly large armies against you; that would invite too much attrition. You can win if your borders are defensible, you pick off their armies little by little, and use your remaining troops to occupy their poorly-defended areas.

You can use the coalition map-view to see everyone who's in the coalition, and that could help you protect your borders in the event of an invasion. Even if you aren't in a position to go on the offensive, as long as you're winning battles and protecting your provinces from occupation, you can eventually go for a white peace. If you can afford it, it would help to have a few forts along the borders.
whether avoidable or not, sounds like a fun war tbh. Lots of potential for easy stackwipes

I played it. Yes i won it easily. It was my 150k Stacks against mostly 50k Stacks.
Also after heavy lift was done i called all my allies for additional 200k stacks.
While i technically did win the war it caused a horrible downside.

The game had constantly like these 5 second mini freezes every month. So yeah i guess the war was too intense for CPU calculation.

Is "balkanize your ally in the peacedeal" still a thing you can do if faced with a giga coalition

More like the end game optimization.

Sometimes, particularly if the coalition can't actually reach you, but the AI logic has largely been reworked to not accept peace deals in a Coalition war that don't involve the primary defender giving things up personally.
