I downloaded the game in steam, when starting the game it asks for an account in epic games, I downloaded the game there, I run it from epic, it still asks for a password and an account in epic. Suspiciously. I have never seen such a thing. Looks like phishing....

On launch there's an error saying it needs microsoft visual c++ runtime installed... installation fails and leaves a completely blank error report. before i spend more time working on this, has anyone else managed to run the game properly on linux (ubuntu)?...
