Foreword:

KONOSUBA - God's Blessing on this Wonderful World! Love For These Clothes Of Desire! It is probably the game with one of the longest titles on Steam. I am a huge Konosuba fan. I saw this for ten euros on an authorized Steam partner store and bought it immediately.

Aesthetics:

The game looks and feels like a Konosuba episode. The story is average and of medium length (seven hours the first route and I spent about 1-3 hours on subsequent routes) but the characters and situational comedy are amazing.

The voice acting is extraordinary and the sound complements the visuals well.

Functionality:

The game is a mix of visual novel with dating sim elements. Your goal is to gather materials to craft clothes by going on quests, gathering, or doing town tasks. All quests and gathering nodes unlock by chapter, the tasks are unlocked by crafting specific clothing. The gameplay is repetitive after a while.

The game according to the Steam Discussions has some localization issues but I found them minor. The game is well-optimized and I have only encountered some weird errors with the special effect material achievements. I played the game on my PC and laptop and for some reason on the laptop, it did not unlock the achievement. I fixed it by logging on to my previous device and crafting the clothing there.

Enjoyment:

I had a ton of fun with this game, it is a well-thought-out and well-made slice of Konosuba.

Conclusion:

The game was more than worth it but I cannot endorse buying it at full price. If you are a fan of the show is a must-buy on sale. Darkness forever!

If you like Konosuba, I guess you'd like this game, so I'm putting it as recommended. Personally the creepiness with the dress up scenes was just too much for me, but it still has its moments.
