Just the 10 houses seem to lead to a rather drawn out game, where you establish things and then just wait to pay down Winter's Toll and the houses. Last house would 50 (+/- mods), hence a 275 total, of which the last 3 alone make up half = 135.
Yes, the house one is probably the longest of these, kudos to you for seeing that without even playing! I had concerns about this one myself, but found it surprisingly interesting gameplay-wise, because it changes the way you go about building everything.
We also discussed this and deliberately went for some variance in the length of these tasks, some you complete rather fast, but we also wanted some where you have to survive a bit longer instead of just breezing through.
For example the Gothi seems really interesting, where you need to explore a bunch to find a proper spot and such.
Either way, I'll have some time on my hands starting next week, and then I'll give it a test run.
With some planning that should be feasible within 5th or 6th year for your average map.
(even had 70+ production for some and could double-build houses quickly)
Getting the 150 total production from the farmer felt worse as it heavily relied on a lucky early spot and at least half of it only came after 3rd level upgrade anyway. which for my tries wasn't faster than building those extra houses.
Sadly the weekly only resets the day after tomorrow.. Can't play more after three tries..
Somewhat as predicted, needed the expected auto pilot for about 30ish months, as I just built more houses with established production.
I found this a bit confusing at first, as the x/3 marking the attempt was for me (personally) a bit unintuitive.
But there still seems to be a bug there, was the best score is an 88, which means less than 2.5y per game. Without going into a formal prove, I'm still very confident this is straight up not possible from the the requirements alone.
