Some reviews say it is a strategy game, but for me it is only luck, and a bad gamedesign. Modern cards are near never to play - because the timeage is shared between all, i can plan my way to modern age. I can´t plan which card i set, because i never know if i can become some synergetic cards. But because other people like this game more than bad reviews, i ask me, what you say to my experience...

Missing pause screen during the game. Or, at least, Pressing Esc doesn't bring it up. For steam achievements and unlocking the gauntlet game mode, each difficulty counts as if it was one harder than it is. So I just unlocked gauntlet after beating the 2nd-hardest difficulty....

Random starts - although I'm mostly playing gauntlet now when I do want a five minute distraction just let me hit 'random' and choose my civilisation and those against me at random. Random start positions - it feels there's a minor 'first to go' advantage which is unfortunate. Multiplayer - 2 or 3 person multiplayer. Please? Via Steam Friends would suffice. More cards - more variety please. The last of those would entice me to buy DLC. Multiplayer would entice me to buy additional copies....

I feel like the AI priority is simply if the player loses to play a card. They don't tend to target each other and if they can end the game and the player will lose they always will; even if that civ loses themselves. This is frustrating because it doesn't feel like I'm playing 1v1v1 but instead 2v1....
