as for the rest of what you said, the original's vibe, artstyle, sound effects, etc are still better, but the tradeoff is still very favoured towards the remaster, so i can live with it considering i played the original on PS2 emulator
They changed the fundamental design of the combat so you are 100% wrong on this and no dude, visuals do not make up for the shortcomings of the original game. The biggest complaint of the original is the combat and the devs agree on that so that's why the combat has been completely revamped.
I know you're just trolling but for anyone who actually believes this clown, just look at comparison pictures of both the original and this "remaster".
