70k from Japan + Western sales: 30-40k from Steam (estimated sales by SteamDB) + 30-40k from PS5+PS4 + 30-40k from NS+NS2 = something around 150-200k launch sales, so that means remaster sold well. Comparable sales to Persona 3 Portable Remastered.

Idc about persona 3, the og raidou was a clunky mess. Barebones combat and baffling design decisions like having to backtrack all the way to Tsukudo-Cho just to fuse a new demon. All of the issues that the og had, have been fixed in the remake. The art direction is stronger than the remake but the original is still inferior to remake by a large margin. You dont even own the game.

They changed the fundamental design of the combat so you are 100% wrong on this and no dude, visuals do not make up for the shortcomings of the original game. The biggest complaint of the original is the combat and the devs agree on that so that's why the combat has been completely revamped.
