"Request Change of Post" not working?
No matter what I seem to do, I can't get the "Change Post" tale to become available. It is ALWAYS grayed out. Can somebody tell me how to activate this tale? I love playing Governor, but would like to change provinces when my conquests take me into a dead end.

just ask to move to another province. Should work.

When I ask for a transfer, after the move, it makes me a common officer... I have tried to just "leave" my province to the one I want... The tale is still grayed out.

After a seaspm pr sp. it will let you back to the Governor tale. Sometimes, it take longer to see.

Sorry for late answer but make sure your relationship with the ruler is "trusting" then the tale should trigger. If not you can always read the requirements to see what you're missing. I hope this helps
