• Fixed an issue in which the game may freeze in the process of applying contents when redeeming boost tickets.
  
• Fixed a rare freeze when using magic or loading models on CPUs with 4 cores or less.

• Reverted the fix "Fixed possible slowdowns when loading files" because it had the opposite effect for some players.
  
• Attempt to fix random crashes occurring when calling a vote at the Dark Assembly.
  
• Attempt to fix issues with the game starting for some players.

• Fixed a crash introduced in 1.04 when trying to add a character to Ranked Battle Shop when there are empty equipment slots in your party.

We've released an update for Disgaea 7: Vows of the Virtueless to address crashing issues with the game:

• For players unable to play the game after selecting Full Screen, it'll now give you an error message and revert to Windowed mode instead of closing. Additionally, fixed a crash that can occur if you try to select a full screen resolution from the list when the functionality isn't supported.
  
• For players unable to play the game after version 1.02's update, fixed an issue with language selection that was preventing the game from starting properly.
  
• Fixed a problem in which Evilities referring to elements were not applying to composite elements.
  
• Fixed possible slowdowns when loading files, which may improve performance during some effects.

We've released a small update for Disgaea 7: Vows of the Virtueless to address a couple more issues with the game:

• Correct order that settings are saved so that you can't become unable to open the game. There was an issue with this taking effect in 1.01. Sorry for the inconvenience!
  
  • If you are currently receiving the "Failed to resize the window size." error, please use the following instructions to reset your PC-specific settings:
    
    1. Open in Windows Explorer: %appdata%\Nippon Ichi Software, Inc\Disgaea 7\
       
    2. Delete the file: setting.ini
  • This will not affect your game progress or gameplay-related settings.
    
  • Please note that we're still investigating this error's root cause. If it affects you, try setting your Window Type to Borderless instead of Full Screen.
• Fixed an issue where Geo Symbol destruction and similar repeating sound effects could overlap and become louder than intended at high frame rates, with fast mode enabled, or with skip modes enabled.
  
• Fixed the display of certain skills under certain Wickedhancements. Elements should now be reported correctly when it would previously appear as None.
  
• Fixed the first-launch of the game not checking your Steam language and always starting in English.
