the game shows the "loading" screen but after that i can't do anything else. nothing loads up. i just get a black screen and there's nothing i can do about it. i've tried reinstalling the game, restarting my computer, everything. anyone knows what should i do?...

I am playing the game for a video and I got to the part where I'm cleaning the hallway in Jess' apartment, and the dirty floor window popped up with "click the ground multiple times to clean it"...well, I clicked multiple times with my mouse button, mouse pad, enter button, everything nothing happened. Reloaded the save, and same issue. I was curious on if I am doing something wrong or if this may be a bug and I need to just redownload the game?...

Loved every second of the game and it left me craving more about the universe. Cant help but think Eames has it wrong about the void and it isn't just the case that the weird cult surrounding it just has harsh methods of recruitment.
