I really really wanted to like this game, but coming fresh out of a WD2 completion i was very disappointed. The visuals are great, but the entire city has a cold lifeless vibe that I personally didn't see in the first two games. The game is trying to hard to change up the style of the series, and in my opinion, they have failed to improve anything besides the graphics. There's no atmosphere in the city and the recruitment system is a good concept, but poorly executed.
I'd only recommend scooping this up on a sale below $10, otherwise, play the second one again :)
