Anyone have any advice regarding tactics, training etc?

I keep trying to add the Tassie Devils in my 2024 scenario save. And every time their first season finishes the team disappears. This has happened three times in a row. The most recent attempt i thought maybe if i was the coach it wouldn't disappear but no it still happens. Would love to see this fixed....

EXCEPTION_INT_DIVIDE_BY_ZERO any idea what causes this? could be the fact i was north melbourne and made the prelim in the first season

Been playing this game basically everyday and its only now when i try to load a save file windows brings up the message saying "Exception_Access_Violation" and then the game closes. If anyone knows whats up please help, i love this game.

Several players have said the game occasionally launches the first time in the middle of the screen, meaning the only available buttons are Discord, Twitter, and Facebook.
