Do agents gain experience points?

I am presuming the don't as the tutorial didn't mention that. But it would be nice if say, failing a mission they get 8 XP and completing a mission they get 5. And it would be nice if there are some other stats for agents like total failed missions and total successful missions. Maybe they could have a reputation, which takes ages to reach a random limit which gives them a bonus to their highest stat. However too many failed missions could hurt their reputation.
