How do you get the secret on level 5?

Hi, really love the game, but I can't for the life of me find a way to get the secret on level 5, I can see where it is but it seems impossible, am I missing something?

How to solve lvl 11?

im in second part and I cant grab box from room before because door is closing fast enough and blue bridge is disappearing as soon as I get off the floor button is there another box somewhere or am I missing something? https://youtu.be/rsxumXaUTXM 25;25 I dont understand at all how he abused rewind/pause spam strat to make that work......
