So if you are in a region with psn support could you play the game without linking psn or are they just going full Epic like dead island 2.
But there are some regions that aren't present in any of the packages, and they can still activate the game, despite being on the restricted list. Like the Baltics. So I dunno how keys work anymore to be honest. All I know is that there aren't any working keys for my country (Serbia), as well as Albania, Bosnia and Montenegro. So a good chunk of the Balkans.
Folks from the Philippines have been able to buy keys that work in their regions through a licensed. local retailer (there was a thread on Resetera about it). They are also part of the package that allows many Asian countries to activate the game. https://steamdb.info/sub/1025015/
