I will be glad if you can respond if it resolves your issue.
Loading this save before works correct or not?
This error message is clear enough to know what's happened if you are familiar with DirectX API that's why I asked.
yeah this save loading correct before that (sorry for my english)
OK, let's go further then.
- try to lower your settings and then load the save again
- if it doesn't work try to run a game in windowed mode (game->manage->properties->general). There is a place to add modification commands to launch a game. Add there:
-windowed
BTW Are you on Windows? Did you update graphic driver before the issue occurs?
The problem is with locking a vertex buffer and return a pointer to the buffer's memory. I wonder if forcing game to run with DirectX9 instead of 8 with:
-force-d3d9
will resolve this issue, so try this too with the same steps like above with '-windowed' command.
maybe it has something to do with DirectX, but I tried to update it and it didn't help me.
and yes, the game also ran on DirectX 9 without using the command line -force-d3d9
2. Did you update graphic driver before the issue occurs?
3. Do you use any mods?
4. Is it the same if you load older/another save?
2. my laptop dont have video card
3. No im not
4. Yes
Thank you for answers. I though maybe it's something related to Linux, drivers or broken save. But it looks like it stop working because of game engine problem or something like that (I guess).
BTW Your laptop has had video card but integrated;)
I'm really sorry but if above solutions doesn't help you I have no idea how I can help more:/ Maybe reinstallation of a game will be a good idea (remember to backup your save games if you want give it a try)? But it's not a solution you probably are waiting for.
You can also sent a ticket to Steam (Valve) support? It's their game after all;)
i created new game and it dont crashed.
BUT it dont have russian language (its my own language)
Maybe you know how to bring back it?
