I’m really excited to share the latest updates for For the Crown with you! Since the last update, a lot has changed, and I’ve made some exciting improvements to enhance your gaming experience.

New Features:
Dynamic Difficulty:
I’ve developed a dynamic difficulty system that adjusts the challenge of each map to your abilities. This way, you should have a better sense of accomplishment and be motivated to push beyond your limits!

Revised Building Unlocks:
The order in which you unlock buildings has been revamped. I wanted to avoid overwhelming you with too many options at once. Starting with Tier 1 will help you learn the game’s basics more comfortably before diving deeper.

Visual Overhaul:
Buildings now "pop" when they spawn a pawn. This makes it easier to see which buildings are functioning normally.

Editor Expansion:
I’ve added new tools that allow you to create maps quickly and unleash your creativity!

New Maps:

There are now 16 new campaign maps that grow larger and more complex from level to level.
Additionally, I’ve prepared 5 new custom maps for you to explore.

The "For the Crown" V3.8.5 update brings several exciting features, improvements, and fixes to enhance the overall gaming experience. Let's dive into the key aspects of this update:


Changelog:

• Added Infinity Item: Buildings no longer require resources (only in the editor).
  
• Added Video Tutorial window.
  
• Added 31 tutorial recordings.
  
• Added Save System for Video Tutorials (they only play once per version update).
  
• Added Save System for building unlocks for persistent unlocks.
  
• Added reset buttons in the main menu for tutorials and building unlocks.
  
  
• Changed: Level 4 castles have no guards due to confusion feedback.
  
  
• Rebalanced walking distance for wooden and stone roads.
  
• Rebalanced walking distance for trampoline springs.
  
  
• Fixed sound issue on fresh game – it was too loud.
  
• Fixed Purple Tier Building/Pawns values, thanks to feedback.
  
• Fixed issue where the king produced income when pawns got catapulted in his face; players have to use the gates now.
  
• Updated the main menu background map.
