Much love and appreciation to Capcom for putting in the effort to preserve this content rather than letting it evaporate into the ether like most defunct mobile games. There's a lot of very cool character art and music here tailored to appeal to long-time Mega Man fans, and it would have been a shame to lose it all. They even went the extra mile of letting you toggle the seasonal/special events on or off so that you can experience all of that content at your own pace too.

That said, the gameplay itself is pretty bad, and with the F2P barriers removed, any given level is trivial to complete as there is essentially zero challenge unless you're actively trying to stay low level. So, while it's nice to be able to be able to freely see all of this stuff without having to rely on lucky gacha pulls, the part where you actually play the game is still a bit of a chore.

So, if you're a Mega Man fan and you like the idea of unlocking a rare Swimsuit Tron Bonne without going into crippling debt, give it a shot. If you actually want to play a good Mega Man game, look elsewhere.

OFFLINE is the better way to play... not for the fait of heart.

Its the closest thing to MMDX that exists now. I can use my experience with the online version to get through this game much faster than before. however the joypad control takes allot of getting used to when you only know the Android version
