If I purchase it on Steam, there’s no way of getting it automatically without paying on iOS or android right ?

As I stated in my previous topic, the AI is unbeatable, it scores points very easily, devs need to play a match and count the points it gets with a debugger or something to see if the game scores right. For the time being I will not play the game until it is fixed. Hello, I've played several matches against medium AI but I keep losing with big difference, AI is easily going above 200 VP, is it really that hard or it is me? can you share your experience please?

The tutorial is missing a huge chunk and the most important part of the game, no explanation for the Harbor and the civilization cards, and no explanation for the buildings. :-(
