Why is this happening, what are the solutions?

Hello! How does this steam edition works? If I buy this 23 version, will it automatically updated to 24 version in future? Or I should buy another version? So the question is does updates included in the price?

The video loses audio after 12 hour 30 minutes time stamp , have checked with mov and avi both same problem. Please patch this.
