I still can't believe this game was released in 2014. I played it in 2020 for the first time, and to this day, it's still one of the best games I ever played. It must have been a blast back in 2014.

Even now, 10-11 years after it was first released, I strongly recommend this game to everyone who's looking for a thrill, loves horror games, and of course, is a fan of the Alien franchise. The game is absolutely beautiful and so well optimised. The AIs (yes, two AIs) behind the xenomorph's behaviour, are becoming smarter and smarter with time, and can predict your next move.

They no longer make games like that man, just absolute masterpiece.

Think every Alien fan should play this, it's essential connective tissue between first two movies. One of the most terrifying and tense gaming experiences I ever had. Highly recommend!

Really good, immersive horror and stealth done right, some of the space station environments look like the alien in a certain light, doors opening and closing sound like the alien hissing, the sounds that the space station make sound similar to the alien walking around or crawling in the vents. This game understands the source material better than the last 30 years of alien movies/games.

The character models look slightly off by modern standards but the environments and the excellent lighting look as good if not better than a lot of modern AAA games, excellent optimization.

Gameplay leaves a lot to be desired, a lot of crawling/walking around and "press E" repeatedly to do certain things, It feels more like a movie than a game at times.
