Using these repositories,

I was able to create a tkinter application using Python 3.12+
This application extracts the .zip files and follows steps necessary in the above dependencies, to update your steam installation to support multiplayer play, using openspy.

Fearservmod provides fixes and optimizations, for crashes & more, and allows up to 64 players. Using it is without a doubt the superior option.

Make a pull request for a seperate branch, if you want to opt out use of vityacv's mod.
