FEAR 1 doesn't have a co-op campaign, unless you're thinking of some fan made stuff.

There are some MP servers that you play with people against bots on various maps, it's not story mode though.
It's called, Ultraviolet (bots)

There was a mod many moons ago called COOP Warfare, and it had a campaign mode, I don't think it has been made to work on the sec2 version.
It may work on a LAN.

You can play the entire campaign of the base game in co-op with other players through the FEAR Cooperative mod. I'm going to shamelessly plug myself, here's a guide I typed on how to do it:

People from those "8 player coop" videos used an old version of this server archive fear coop server archive [drive.google.com].
There is fear combat coop server with 61 SP level archive (possible to connect to it with steam or gog FEAR also).
Download server and (optionally) fear combat archives, extract to the different directories (do not mix client and server installations).
Download openspy patch and copy/replace FEARMP.exe, EngineServer.dll to your FEAR(FEARCombat) directory.
Download Key.ini, copy to c:\Users\Public\Documents\Monolith Productions\FEAR(Combat) directory, change key.

To start the server execute fear-coop-server\LaunchServer.bat.

Connect to the server using FEAR(Combat) FEARMP.exe.
You can download required resource files from the server after connecting or from the same google drive link.
DownloadedContent directory for FEAR(FEARCombat) is c:\Users\Public\Documents\Monolith Productions\FEAR(Combat)\Custom\DownloadedContent.

For full FEAR coop server you can also use this server mod (gameplay is closer to vanilla) - fearservmod [github.com]

I can connect to my server but I cant find SP maps anymore in the map list...

Yes.
Try also vityacv's mod - you will get more vanilla gameplay, without additional enemies.
