Does the demo have controller support? I'm not seeing it if it does.

I really liked the game. The fighting is paced and careful. I never knew when an enemy would block or parry and I had to be ready to react. Some refinement could be done to the inventory/character/menu screens, but others have mentioned this. I found one bug: while escorting the prisoner, if I hit "C" to pickup an item while I was full inventory and while next to the prisoner, both the "Inventory Is Full" message would appear and the "Escort me out of here" dialog. everything in the inventory works as intended, besides weapons, melee or ranged, the menu just closes whether i right/left click,

So I'm trying to play the demo, and whenever I start it up it seems to launch Steam VR alongside it. When I close SteamVR, since I don't need VR to be running since this isn't a VR title, it closes the demo. Any ideas? Cause at the moment this is entirely unhelpful....
