What exactly do you need to accomplish in this achievment? In the event I only got to the point where I needed to find the key, but I still couldnt find it

Not sure where else to put this but I've tried fiddling around with it and restarting the games several times but there seems to be an issue where audio goes silent when switching to full screen. There doesn't seem to be any issue in windowed mode but the issue persists in full screen...
