1. Add VFX Option

Some VFXs can now be turned on and off via the VFX toggle on the Game Options screen.
Subject to application: Some projectiles and installations excluding weapons attacks

Bug Reports

So I've found some bugs when going up the security levels in the Parasol Corporation. -Security Level 15 doesn't unlock when completing Security Level 14 in Parasol Corporation -Security Level 14 in Parasol Corporation has an unlisted effect where it disables all generic Soulcode effects (eg. +3 dashes, start with an Oopart, etc) and all Soulgem bonuses. Skill related Soulcode effects still work (eg. Runic Axes bounce an additional time, etc) -Parasolime's yell when it enters the level ignores sound set...
