I'M STUCK IN GO TO THE MALL QUEST AND THIS IS SO ANNOYING

It really makes me happy to see Bratz dolls coming to life. But sometimes I'm just get tired of the quest, and want to open the game then directly play the essential part of the game: dress up, pose and take photos. Well I guess I'm a little bit impatient though....

In old Bratz games it was possible to play as all of them. After the tutorial when entering the Mall i was asked as who i wanted to play. but i played for up an hour now an that dialog reapeared. Am I missing something obvious?

I found all the chests but didn't receive the achievement. I've looked literally everywhere including the stores. Is this a bug?
