Ck 3 by far.

With Roads to Power, you can literally play the a wanderer.

As it allows you to play unlanded and just be an adventurer. CK 2 doesn't feature this and doesn't compare to CK 3 in general.

The ck 2 version simply doesn't have what Ck 3 has. Many of the reasons is because CK 2 literally doesn't have the ability to add what Ck 3 can. Since it doesn't fully utilize Jomini, and had a very archaic scripting.

The fellowship of the Iron Throne? On its way to throw the Iron Throne of the Dark Lord into the big Vulcano in Valyria?

This, of course.
CK2's AGOT is more in depth than CK3's feature wise as well you can play any start date from immediately after the Doom of Valyria to were the books leave off
CK2 is by far more fleshed out, CK3 is a mess

The devs themself have said their iteration of GOT for ck 3 is their best mod yet. From the mouth of the actual devs.

OP, i recommend to look online and you will see reviews. Here will only be rose tinted glasses, which can mislead new players.

Ck 3 is far more advance and simply has more capabilities then ck 2.

Ck 2 as a game simply can't do as much functionally. The GOT devs on 3 have REALLY made something great. Ck2's mod was a good start, Ck 3 just brought it to a new level.
(which CK 2 lacks the functionality to even do what you can in ck 3's mod.)
