When I launch Wallpaper Alive, the background isn't applied correctly; it overlaps the desktop. I can't see the desktop apps or the taskbar.

So yesterday i updated my windows after downloading , it told we me to uninstall steam and wallpaper alive for some reason which i did. After installing the the new update and i wenr to steam to download wallpaper alive after downloading it started to act weirdly like selecting a wallpaper after which it open it but doesnt apply to the screen like used to like it opens as a video or like a app....
